Shipping policy

 ** We do not ship internationally **

When you place an order for shipping either online or at one of our stores, it will typically ship out within 2 business days of the order being placed. Most orders will ship out next business day. In-Store pick up orders will be ready within 2 hours in most cases.

From there, we hand it over to USPS/FedEx/UPS (i.e., whichever carrier provides the best shipping rates and/or delivery time), and you can track your order via the Tracking Number in the shipping notification you receive from us. Arrival dates are estimates and may be impacted by weather, natural disasters, shipping vendor delays, and other unforeseeable events.

Please ensure mailing address is correct. We are not responsible for mis-entered address. We use information provided at checkout. Any fees associated with customer issues relating to package delivery must be paid by customer and will be deducted from refund once package is returned to us via carrier.

Once a product leaves our store it is out of our control and unable to be rerouted. Also, because it is out of our hands, we cannot give exact estimates as to when the order will arrive. Based on estimates given to us by carriers, typically packages will take 3-5 days to reach you after it is shipped.

Please file claims for missing and late packages with the shipping provider. 

We will file a separate claim on our end to help ensure the quickest resolution possible.

We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale or sold, and that at any time to correct, cancel, reject or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever at our sole discretion, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or charged to your credit card. Credit cards are never charged for cancelled orders.
